Besonders delikat; Fieuzal mit Ananasschimmer und viel Mineralik. Im Gaumen mit agiler, feinpfeffriger Rasse. Auch im schlanken Bereich kann sich die Klasse zeigen

Some spicy wood on offer with attractive, ripe tropical fruits delivered in a smoothly textured palate that has impressive length and focus. Good concentration. One of the best whites from here in a while. 55% sauvignon and 45% semillon. Drink or hold.

The 2015 de Fieuzal Blanc has a soft, slightly smudged bouquet at first, although it gains more definition with aeration, revealing scents of lime cordial, dried honey and peony. The oak here is present but well integrated. The palate is rounded on the entry, featuring pronounced lime notes and a fine bead of acidity, but rather simplistic compared to its peers, with a one-note finish. Tasted blind at the Southwold 2015 Bordeaux tasting.
