Château Barrabaque

Château Barrabaque is located within the Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac appellations (near Pomerol and Saint-Émilion). Founded in the 18th century, it was purchased by the Noël family in 1936. Nicole Noël was at the helm of the property until 2004 when Caroline Noël-Barroux took over the reins. Producing wines from predominately Merlot, they have received not less than 7 'coups de coeur' ('favorites') from the Guide Hachette over the past 10 years. They produce 3 reds including Château Barrabaque Tradition, Cuvée Prestige and Divin.
